Our pineal gland, also called “the third eye”, is referred to in ancient Eastern wisdom as a great gift, “something that connects us to our source.” In mysticism they call the pineal gland ” the connection with the universe.” It is an organ with which we can perceive, in addition to our physical senses.
By awakening the third eye, we can perform supernatural feats, where we have telepathic abilities, are capable of remote viewing, and attain an intimate connection to the universe.
What is the pineal gland?
The pineal gland is a pea-sized gland shaped like a pine cone. The location of the gland is in the limbic brain, just in front of the reptilian brain. While many of this tiny organ’s abilities are labeled “mystical,” it’s incredible how much has been written and philosophized about it over the centuries.
The function of the pineal gland
The function of the pineal gland has been debated for centuries. The Greeks saw it as an organ that governed our thoughts. Rene Descartes considered it “the seat of the soul.”
Our body glands secrete important hormones. The pineal gland, for example, secretes the hormone melatonin and thus regulates the sleep-wake rhythm. By means of the light that hits our eyes during the day, the pineal gland produces more or less melatonin.
Besides the sleep-wake rhythm, the pineal gland also affects our stress levels and our ability to cope with change. Change always means stress to us, either to a greater or lesser degree. In short, the functioning of the pineal gland has a major impact on our happiness and well-being.
While the pineal gland functions are still difficult to fathom, they are definitely interesting and certainly deserve more study. Dimethyltryptamine (DMT) is another substance that the pineal gland produces.
DMT is a naturally occurring substance that can provide vivid images and deep psychic encounters. The substance makes you high when you ingest it in a slightly higher dose from peyote cactus. DMT is also found in magic mushrooms and in other certain cacti or LSD.
Users describe it as opening the door to the universe, coming into contact with angels, or having superhuman abilities such as telepathy and remote viewing. Some natives use plants containing DMT for ceremonies to raise awareness. Think, for example, of ayahuasca ceremonies.
About the chakras
The chakra system is a complex network of energy channels shown as a series of “wheels” running from bottom to top parallel to the spine. The network connects these wheels. The chakra system is the spiritual and energetic equivalent of our nervous system. A total of 7 main chakras can be distinguished.
We can imagine the chakras as wheels of energy that must remain balanced and open for optimal physical function. When stagnation occurs in the chakra system, the physical body experiences discomfort, depression, and even illness.
So chakras are the energy centers, while our organs have defined locations. The chakras are governed by the organs but are not limited to a specific location. For example, the heart chakra is in the chest’s center, while the physical heart is on the left. Likewise, the third eye chakra is located in the center of the forehead near the pineal gland.
The pineal gland and the third eye chakra
The pineal gland is known as the third eye chakra. Within the chakras’ philosophy, a closed third eye chakra would lead to confusion, uncertainty, cynicism, and pessimism.
Every esoteric tradition associates the third eye with the mind as the medium through which we communicate with the universe. A disturbance of the energy in this chakra leads to an (energetic) isolation from our environment.
However, an open and vibrant third eye chakra allows for healthy interaction with our environment and the infinite universe.
Just like humans, animals too have a pineal gland. In many animals, however, this is much more developed, which means that they are able to work together as “one mind.” Just think of a huge flock of birds or a group of dolphins that move smoothly together as if by themselves.
They telepathically communicate with each other. They all work together as a collective whole for the good of the group.
If man could do the same, the world would change quickly. We would then realize that we are one together, and that would quickly kill individualism. Imagine what we would be able to do together.
Suppression of the pineal gland
The special gifts that the pineal gland enables humans to do have been frightening our leaders for many years. Because what if humanity joins hands and turns against their leaders? What if people can telepathically communicate with each other?
Our real faculties with a well-functioning pineal gland are jealously hidden. The intention is not to let people find out what man is capable of. If you want to control a multitude of people, you feed them in fear and hope. For that reason, the functioning of the pineal gland is suppressed as much as possible.
Although most people are not aware of this, fluoride in combination with calcium is a way to drastically reduce the pineal gland’s functioning. Fluoride causes calcification of the gland and also causes an accumulation of heavy metals in the organ.
In the 1970s, Dutch dr. Moolenburgh fought hard against the fluoridation of Dutch tap water and succeeded. The Netherlands is one of the few western countries left where tap water isn’t fluoridated. In one of his books, he explained how fluoride – a waste product from the aluminum industry – was passed through drinking water in German concentration camps to keep prisoners quiet. When he died in 2019, experts saw him as one of the world’s fluoride authorities.
Activate your third eye chakra
Step one: descaling
Avoid fluoride. Unfortunately, most city water, bottled water, and tap water contain fluoride and consider toothpaste! Instead, opt for a fluoride-free variant or use baking soda and coconut oil to brush your teeth.
Just as you should avoid fluoride, excess calcium is also taboo if you want to activate the third eye chakra. So cut back on dairy and do not use calcium tablets. Avoid processed foods as much as possible.
While some foods slow down the functioning of the pineal gland, others help to descale it. Chlorella, apple cider vinegar, and iodine all contribute to a healthy pineal gland.
Step two: activate the third eye
Third eye chakra meditation
Find a quiet and comfortable space to activate the third eye and take the following steps:
- Schedule at least 30 minutes for your meditation.
- Switch off your phone and eliminate all (possible) distractions.
- Make sure to wear comfortable clothes.
- Sit in the lotus position to make sure your chakras are aligned. If you don’t feel comfortable sitting cross-legged, lie down comfortably.
- Start by relaxing every muscle in your body, starting from your toes and all the way to the crown of your head.
- Visualize every muscle, bone, and ligament as you relax.
- Visualize a wave of calm energy flooding your body. Feel the heat flowing through your body.
- Slow the energy to the center of your head, between your eyebrows, where your third eye resides.
- Just like in meditation, you let go of any thoughts that come to mind, all as if they don’t matter.
- Feel yourself getting lighter while the gravity disappears.
- Breathe in and out gently and visualize a small white ball of light spinning 360 degrees in the center of your head.
- As the sphere spins, visualize how the sphere fans its energy like a star. Feel the power of your mind. You are capable of so much more than you think.
- If you like it, you can also do the above meditation with accompanying music. On Youtube, there are numerous third eye meditations, some also with binaural beats.
